How RevealSprint works
Everything you need to run an estimation session, from creating a room to agreeing on an estimate.

Create or join a room
The host creates a room and shares the link or the code. Everyone joins from their browser.

Pick the story to estimate
The host sets the current ticket — title and acceptance criteria — so everyone estimates the same thing.

Vote and reveal together
Each member picks a card. When everyone has voted, the host reveals all cards at once and the stats appear.

Agree, then copy the recap
If estimates diverge, discuss the outliers and vote again. Once you agree, copy the Markdown summary into the ticket and move on.
The host runs the session
Whoever creates the room becomes the host. The host sets the ticket, reveals the cards and resets for the next round. By default the host does not vote and is left out of the statistics, which suits a Scrum Master or Product Owner running the session; a small team can let the host vote when creating the room.
Nothing kept after the session
Sessions run in your browser and sync through a lightweight relay that only forwards messages between participants and keeps no history; nothing is written to a database. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted and the room code is the only key: anyone who has it can join while the room is open. When the last person leaves, the room is gone.
