Scrum Poker for agile teams

Scrum Poker is another name for Planning Poker: it is how Scrum teams estimate story points during sprint planning and backlog refinement. RevealSprint gives your team a free, real-time Scrum Poker table in the browser.

Estimating with story points

Story points measure the relative effort, complexity and uncertainty of a backlog item rather than hours. Scrum Poker uses a Fibonacci deck (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21…) so the gaps grow with size, acknowledging that big items are harder to estimate precisely. Over a few sprints, your team's velocity in points becomes a reliable planning signal.

Built for the whole Scrum team

The Product Owner clarifies the story, the Scrum Master can facilitate as host, and developers vote. The host stays neutral and is excluded from the tally, so estimates come from the people who will do the work. Everyone sees who has voted, but values stay hidden until the reveal.

Made for remote Scrum

RevealSprint works for distributed teams. Share one link, vote together over a real-time peer-to-peer connection, and use emoji reactions during refinement. No data is stored and no account is required.
